TITLE: Talent Coordinator
LOCATION: Must be local to Portland, OR

We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to support their direct leader’s roster of talent through content calendar management and campaign coordination. This detail oriented position requires strong operational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support direct leader’s roster of talent through managing content calendars, coordinating campaigns from start to finish, communicating with brand and agency partners, etc.
- Assist direct leader in daily and weekly tasks
- Keep our booking platform organized through logging partnership info, marking bookings to be invoiced, etc.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field
- 1-2 years of project management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong project management skills
- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload and deadline
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented work style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Experience with using Canva
- Basic knowledge of the content creator industry
