TITLE: Talent Coordinator
LOCATION: Must be local to Portland, OR
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Entry Level, Full time, Salaried

We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to support their direct leader’s roster of talent through content calendar management and campaign coordination. This detail oriented position requires strong operational and communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support direct leader’s roster of talent through managing content calendars, coordinating campaigns from start to finish, communicating with brand and agency partners, etc.
  • Assist direct leader in daily and weekly tasks
  • Keep our booking platform organized through logging partnership info, marking bookings to be invoiced, etc.     
 
Skills and Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field
  • 1-2 years of project management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms 
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload and deadline
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented work style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Experience with using Canva 
  • Basic knowledge of the content creator industry
